Does a successful business have any special beginning, the right start of a business? Does a successful business have a foundation? My answer is. There is a foundation on which a successful business rests.

In principle, not only business has a foundation, but everything that surrounds us. The building has a foundation. Children have parents. Trees have roots. There is a foundation for business, because our world is so arranged. Knowing this foundation, you can safely start any business. You don’t need to know much. Business seems to be a difficult task, but it is far from it.

Many people think that business is a very difficult task and do not dare to do it. However, the business is quite simple. There is one very simple point that reveals its whole essence. What is this moment? The basic point of business is people’s needs. People’s needs are the foundation of a successful business. If they were not there, then business simply would not have been possible.

Any business is based on the satisfaction of needs. However, it is important not only to know that people have needs. It is much more important to know how they are formed, because such knowledge will allow them to create and have a successful business. Why will the business be successful? Because you can create as many needs, and therefore customers, as required for the business.

The basis of a successful business is meeting the needs of people. Accordingly, the real business can be done by someone who is ready to accept this idea, the idea that he will have to deal with the needs of other people. Not by their needs, but by the needs of other people. Successful satisfaction of someone else’s need is money, and hence the profit from marketing.

Satisfied someone else’s need, you get paid money. They do not pay money for goods or services, but for doing something that another person does not want or cannot do. Need is only the beginning of the process. After need there is also need. Need is a state of uncertainty. In it, a person feels that he needs something, but does not realize what. Common situation?

The situation is familiar to both the buyer and seller. Everyone was in the role of a buyer and was looking for something, not knowing what. A competent seller does not immediately offer a product to a buyer because a competent seller knows that a buyer may not be ready to buy. First, a competent seller finds out the needs of the buyer, and does it very carefully.

Then he satisfies it, passing on the relevant information to the buyer and only then offers the product, because only after the need is satisfied does the need for this product arise. It is required to provoke a state of need through satisfaction of need because only in a state of need is a person ready to buy.

One can only understand the algorithm for the formation of needs if one understands why marketing is needed and if one realizes that the only natural, and therefore normal, state in nature is a state of homogeneity. If someone wants to argue with this – throw all the present to nature and ask her why she arranged everything like that and why she needs it.

The opposite of this state, which is not natural, and therefore the norm, is a state of heterogeneity. A person wants to get rid of this condition. What is uniformity? For example, a dam is homogeneous if air or water is on all sides, if air is on one side and water is on the other, it is already heterogeneous.

It is in a state of homogeneity that any person is initially in relation to everything. In some places, heterogeneity arises regarding something, and it leads to the emergence of need. For this reason, it is necessary to take the state of homogeneity as the starting point for the formation of need. Business begins with need, and need itself begins with uniformity.

Where there is uniformity, there is no need and no reason for business. The foundations of a successful business are only where there is heterogeneity, where there are needs and requirements. Homogeneity does not happen on its own. It happens in relation to something. Therefore, a logical question arises as to why a consumer can be homogeneous or heterogeneous.

The answer to this question is simple – the consumer can be homogeneous or heterogeneous to the market. If something suddenly appears on the market that the consumer does not have, then it becomes heterogeneous for him and he has a need. But not everything is so simple, because not every market has a consumer. The consumer is only part of those markets whose ideas are embedded in it.
